Information on the tax consultant examination

The 8th Tax Consultancy Amendment Act of 8 April 2008 transferred the organizational implementation of the tax consultant examination, admission to the examination and exemption from the examination to the chambers of tax consultants from the 2009 tax consultant examination onwards.

In Baden-Württemberg, the Chambers of Tax Consultants of Nordbaden, Stuttgart and Südbaden have set up a joint office of the Chambers of Tax Consultants in Baden-Württemberg in accordance with § 37 b of the Tax Consultancy Act, the Baden-Württemberg Tax Consultant Examination Office (Rotebühlplatz 30, 70173 Stuttgart), to fulfill these tasks.

Application forms and information sheets on admission to the tax consultant examination or the aptitude test, the conduct of the examination and exemption from the examination as well as further information and application forms are available on the homepage of the Tax Consultant Examination Office.

The examination board at the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Finance remains responsible for conducting the examination.
