The Landesoberkasse Baden-Württemberg (LOK) is the central state and court cash office as well as the official cash office for all state offices without their own cash office. It has its headquarters in Karlsruhe and a branch office in Metzingen. As a court cashier, the LOK branch office is responsible for all cash transactions of the judicial offices and also carries out the reminder and collection of overdue receivables.
THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS
- Processing of inquiries and applications after reminders have been sent
- Initiation of compulsory recovery measures
- Communication with the ordering departments
- Contact with the bailiffs (f/m/d) commissioned by you to collect the debt
