The Human Resources Department of the Regional Tax Authority Baden-Württemberg manages all of the approx. 16,000 employees of the tax administration. You can expect an all-round exciting, interesting, but also demanding job. You will be given the opportunity to work conceptually and have a wide range of creative options.

THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS

Contributing creative ideas is what we are looking for. Your tasks will be diverse and varied.
These include, among other things

  • Dealing with all kinds of employment and civil service law issues (e.g. part-time, parental leave and leave of absence applications)
  • Applicant management with intensive support for applicants
  • Maintenance of lists, compilation of statistics
  • Supporting and assisting the clerks, specialist advisors and the head of department

The exact scope of duties will be determined after the induction period.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

  • Completed administrative or commercial vocational training or comparable qualification; previous administrative experience, preferably in human resources, is an advantage
  • Understanding of legal contexts
  • quick comprehension and organizational skills
  • Open-mindedness, ability to work in a team and initiative
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel in particular)
