At the Rotebühlkantine and the Casino in the New Palace, we prioritize high-quality, regional ingredients. Because more than 40% of our ingredients are organic, we have been awarded the organic certification under the “Organic Food Service Regulation” (Bio-AHVV). Meat, vegetables, and fruit sourced from nearby are transformed into delicious dishes in our kitchen.
