The Training Center of the Regional Tax Authority Baden-Württemberg is responsible for training and educating the current 2,265 junior staff and the approximately 16,000 employees of the Baden-Württemberg tax administration for the various areas of responsibility of the tax offices and for the constant changes in the law.
THESE ARE YOUR NEW TASKS
- Decentralized IT user service
- Contact person for our training and further education guests with questions regarding the operation of official end devices (e.g. iPad, notebook)
- Administration of the ILIAS learning platform
- Administration and support of classroom equipment
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Good general IT skills, including MS Office programs and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new school-specific programs
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good communication skills and flawless written and spoken expression
- Enjoy constructive cooperation and a friendly and courteous demeanor
- Quick comprehension
- Ability to work proactively and independently

The employment relationship is governed by the collective agreement for the public service of the federal states (TV-L). The classification is in pay group 8 TV-L. In principle, it is possible to take professional experience into account when grading the experience levels.
