Together with other federal states, Baden-Württemberg is conducting a uniform survey of citizens and consultants in the period from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026.
The survey is aimed at all citizens and members of the tax advisory professions who have had contact with a tax office, for example by submitting a tax return.
It is conducted online via a central participation portal, which can be accessed at www.ihr-finanzamt-fragt-nach.de.
Satisfaction with the work of the tax offices is an important concern for us. With the online survey, we want to give citizens the opportunity to communicate their assessments, needs and wishes to the tax administration. For the tax administration, this feedback represents an opportunity to reflect even more strongly on its work from the perspective of citizens, tax advisors and income tax assistance associations.
At the end of the survey period, the summarized results of the participating countries will be published on the survey page.
